a small fish once native to the planet Alderaan, these finger-sized fish swarmed the canals and waterways of the planet. During the mating season, hundreds of eggs are laid by each female, and they all hatch at about the same time. The explosion of tiny glimmerfish turns the waters silvery with their roiling passage.
