this Gran settlement served as the capital city of the planet Stend IV. Unknown to the Gran, a branch of the Army of Life established a base of operations on the planet shortly before the Battle of Naboo, in an effort to restore the planet to its primitive ecological state. They later tried to import a cargo of closhoppers to wreak havoc with the planet's environment.
