Gerrard V
this is the fifth planet in the Gerrard System, and is a world which was once much more hospitable than it is. Gerrard V is dominated by deserts, broken by small temperate areas and bordered by oceans. The planet was strongly against the New Order, and opposed the Empire until several orbital bombardments left much of the planet in ruins. The devstation also destroyed much of the native ecology. The planet was later liberated by Crix Madine and his Alliance forces.
