this Imperial agent was an average human being until the Empire discovered Calamari. Then, he gave himself to the Emperor, and had his appearance surgically altered so that he resembled a Mon Calamari. The disguise was nearly complete, except for the fact that his human internals were not altered. He served as part of COMPNOR's Destabilization branch.
