Geentech Corporation
this company, once a subsidiary of Chiewab Amalgamated Pharmaceuticals Company, was best-known for its work on the 2-1B series of medical droids. Unfortunately for the corporation, however, they were run out of business by the ruthless tactics of Genetech, which claimed that the name "Geentech" infringed on the copyrights of Genetech. Genetech ultimately won the court battle, and Geentech was forced to stop its operations. Rumors abound that Genetech had the backing of the Empire during the proceedings.
