an alien creature native to the planet Marca, these water-breathing fish averaged just six centimeters in length. Large schools of flutterers often swam near the surface of the water, churning the surface with a roiling motion which made it appear as if a large creature were in the water. In reality, the flutterers were merely oxygenating the water around them.
