Flet, Derren
this man was employed as an architect by Jabba the Hutt, and designed extensive renovations to Jabba's Palace on Tatooine. Note that The Movie Trilogy Sourcebook and the Essential Guide to Characters both indicate that Derren Flet built Jabba's palace, although many other sources indicate that the B'omarr Monks built the palace long before Jabba took control of it. He also provided details on the design of the sail barge Khetanna. Flet was later executed by Jabba, when it was discovered that his plans failed to provide a dungeon large enough to handle the prodigious rate at which Jabba imprisoned or tortured other beings.
