this annual gathering of spice merchants, slavers, and crimelords takes place on the planet Sevarcos. Sponsored by the Spice Lords of Sevarcos, the Festival served as a backdrop against which the major leaders could exchange information and make deals. A wind-rider race highlighted the events of the Festival.
