Felis Alverite
this Ropagu was the primary representative of his planet in the Off-worlders' Quarter starport. He maintained comprehensive databases on all travelers to and from the starport, and keeps a vigilant eye out for criminals and other violent individuals. Over the years he spent in the Off-worlders' Quarter, Alverite developed a sympathy for the Alliance, and was a source of helpful information to the New Republic during its early years.
