the Alliance Corona-class frigate that collided with the Shooting Star, following a mistimed hyperspace jump. The jump was part of a routine fleet exercise. All hands on both ships were lost, and the disaster became an object lesson for those navigators who thought about quickly entering jump data during any fleet movement.
