the capital city of the moon Echnos, it is the site of a weekly blastboat demolition derby known as the BlastBoat 2000. Echnos City measured twenty kilometers in diameter and stood some 2,000 stories tall. Like most cities, it had eight airlock entry ports through which starships could load and unload cargoes and passengers.
