this man was a member of the same bounty hunters' guild as Boba Fett. To Fett's knowledge, Dowd had been a member longer than even Fett himself. A tall, thin, elderly man, Dowd met Fett on Devaron when the bounty hunter captured Kardue'sai'Malloc. His role as representative was to collect the guild's ten-percent handling fee.
