this tall, blue-skinned Twi'lek female was one of the Jedi instructors at the temple on Coruscant, during Obi-Wan Kenobi's early training. She had but a single headtail, which was ornately tattooed. It was Docent Vant who brought Obi-Wan the news that he had not been chosen as a Padawan, and must leave the temple on his thirteenth birthday.
