this airborne creature is raised by the Kian'thar on Shaum Hii. Derlacs graze on the plants and animals that live near the surface of the oceans, and are prized for their flesh. Derlacs can grow to be fifteen meters in length. They are noisy beasts, and the cacophony of the derlac "cattle markets" is well-known throughout the galaxy.
