this man was married to Sinya Deboora, and lived on the planet Seltos. Marse was a firm supporter of the New Republic, and was unaware of his wife's pro-Imperial stance. He was convinced of her position, however, when undercover agents from the Republic infiltrated Seltos to keep her from gaining power.
