a native of Alderaan, Dalhney was the Deputy Minister of Security serving Bail Organa. He and Winter travelled to Cloud City to meet with Bria Tharen, to discuss whether or note Alderaan would join the growing rebellion and fight the Empire. Hric was a strong believer in Alderaan's pacifist position, and would support the rebellion but could not commit Alderaan to any combat.
