this alien managed the hangar bays on Exis Station, nearly 4,000 years before the Battle of Yavin. Dakar had solid-black eyes and a series of folds where his nose and mouth should be. He was a friend of the scavenger Hoggon, and gave him information on where the Jedi Knights were meeting during the Exis Convocation.
