a humanoid droid which was assigned to Governor Grigor on M'haeli, D-4R5 was shot, and his memory wiped, as a way for Ranulf Trommer to use to infiltrate Mora's confidence. She was able to completely repair the droid, and it was put to use by the Alliance supporters on the planet.
