this is the basic Yevethan starfighter design. The D-type was named for its delta-wing formation. They were 12 meters in length, and were flown by a single pilot. Each was armed with three laser cannons, mounted on each wing and the tail. Like TIE Fighters, these ships were not hyperspace-capable, but they did have shields.
