this man, a native of the planet Jofoger, was an accomplished tactician who served the Alliance for several years before his disappearance, shortly before the Battle of Hoth. Credal trained under the watchful eye of Beryl Chiffonage, and even served under Jan Dodonna on Dantooine before the Alliance base on that world was abandoned. He was escorting an Alliance patrol in the Anoat System when he took his starship and simply disappeared. The Alliance was unsure whether he defected to the Empire or simply retired to a remote planet.
