Corvae, Tessala
this woman was the Major General of the Imperial Army forces deployed in Tapani Sector, at the height of the Galactic Civil War. She got into the Imperial Academy on Carida because of her father's fame as a General during the Clone Wars, but used her own skills to graduate with honors. She started her military career working as an AT-ST driver, but her competence earned her swift promotions. She was disgusted to learn of her promotion to command of the 1st Tapani Assault Battlegroup, and even more upset to learn that the majority of her work in the Sector would be as a diplomat, trying to wing the hearts of the noble Houses before having to resort to military violence. Tessala was also the founder of the Firebird Society.
