this planet was the site of the grisly murder of 300 colonists, during the height of the Galactic Civil War. While the resulting public safety briefings claimed the deaths were due to a batch of sabotaged 87-RM collector droids, many felt that the colonists had stumbled upon a secret Imperial laboratory and were "silenced."
