this unusual weapon was developed by a group of bounty hunters during the height of the New Order. Rather than creating a devastating explosion, the web bomb released a chemical spray that was viscous enough to form a kind of web when it was deployed. The ropy chemical web was initially sticky, which served to trap escaping targets. Then, the chemical hardened to a degree, further trapping the target in place.
