this man served as one of the first Admirals in the Imperial Navy, during the early months of the New Order. He was dispatched to ensure the cooperation of the planet Acherin, in the wake of the Clone Wars. When General Toma and his rebels fought for their freedom, Riwwel was loathe to accept their surrender when the rebels were defeated. Instead, Riwwel ordered the orbital bombardment of the city of Eluthan, reducing the treasured city to rubble in an effort to break the will of the Acherins.
