this Neomoidian was the acting Viceroy of the Trade Federation, in the wake of the death of Nute Gunray and Rune Hahko at Mustafar, in the wake of the Clone Wars. Not all Neimoidians chose to recognized his appointment to Viceroy, and many believed that he was nothing more than a flunky chosen by the Empire. With the establishment of the New Order, Findos was left with no choice but to sign a treaty that allowed the Trade Federation to be nationalized by the Galactic Empire. After signing the treaty and imploring Emperor Palpatine to remember the contributions of the Trade Federation to the Old Republic, Findos was escorted away by stormtroopers.
