this was the designation of the tenth Null-class ARC Trooper produced on Kamino, during the development of the Grand Army of the Republic. Known to Kal Skirata as Jaing, this ARC Trooper was known only to certain highly-placed officials, chiefly Chancellor Palpatine himself. N-10, along with trooper N-6, were part of the Clone Intelligence Unit that discovered that General Grievous was on Utapau, shortly after the First Battle of Coruscant.
