this Tiss-shar served as the vice president of the Tiss'sharl League's chief council, during the height of the New Order. However, shortly after the Battle of Yavin, Astre-De-Kay was assassinated, and was eventually succeeded by Geor-Dan-Thi. Many within the government of Tiss'sharl believed that Geor-Dan-Thi was behind the assassination, although no public evidence was every presented.
