this droid was programmed to drive a racing swoop by Lupo, during the years following the Mandalorian Wars. Based on Lupo's programming, C9-T9 used any means possible to defeat any opponents, and his perfect record led many patrons of Lupo's bar to wonder if the swoop races he staged weren't, in fact, staged. C9-T9 was eventuall defeated by The Exile, ending a winning streak that stretched for months.
