this man was one of the many beings who lived in the Refugee Sector of Nar Shaddaa, following the Mandalorian Wars and the Jedi Civil War. Hussef seemed to be one of the leaders within the Refugee Sector, and asked The Exile to help the refugees obtain more living space.
