this droid was among the many automatons owned by Tien Tubb, in his workshop on Nar Shaddaa, during the years following the Jedi Civil War. It was the thirty-second droid in its series, a fact that the droid was very proud of. When The Exile arrived on Nar Shaddaa to investigate the possibility that Jedi Master Zez-Kai Ell was on the moon, TT-32 paid him to recover IT-31 from Kodin, in order to preserve the shield technology plans stored in its memory banks.
