located in the Unknown Regions of the galaxy, this graveyard planet was the site of the decisive battle in the Mandalorian Wars, when the Jedi Knights finally defeated the Mandalorians, many years after the Great Sith War. The use of a Mass Shadow Generator by the forces led by Revan killed every living thing on the planet, utterly destroying Mandalorian and Jedi alike, and tore a huge hole in the Force. In the wake of the Jedi Civil War, the surviving Sith established a base on Malachor V, traveling only to Korriban to meditate and gain strength from the Valley of the Dark Lords. Their reign on Malachor V lasted just a few years, after The Exile tracked them down and confronted Darth Traya at the Trayus Academy. In the wake of their struggle, the droid Remote set off the Mass Shadow Generator, setting off a gravitic chain reaction that caused the planet's core it explode, utterly destroying the planet.
