Agreement of Aid
this was the standard contract signed by officials of the University of Rudrig and the governments of those planets on which the University planned to establish a satellite campus. The Agreement laid out the proportional funding of the school, which was split between the University and the planetary government. In this way, Unviersity officials hoped to bring higher education to the Tion Hegemony, and bring its member worlds closer to the modern standards of the rest of the galaxy.
