this was the ritualistic duel in which a member of a ruling family on Ammuud may challenge another individual, in the event that a family member was shamed or harmed by the other's actions. Under the Ammuud Code, either party could appoint a champion to fight in their place, and the type of duel was agreed upon prior to the actual event.
