this was the official list of starships that were allowed to operate within the Corporate Sector, despite having non-standard armaments or equipment installed. Each ship had obtained an Authority Waiver form, and was allowed to bypass starport inspections. If a starship was not on the Waivers List, and the owner could not produce a current Waiver form, their ship could be impounded and the owner grounded until the illegal equipment was removed and the ship restored to acceptable limits.
