Dartship
this was the term used to describe the tiny, dart-shaped fighter craft that were developed by the Colony. Each was capable of carrying a single pilot and little more. Dartships were produced in huge numbers by workers in the Colony, and could be launched into battle in massive swarms. The pilots of dartships relied on sheer numbers to breech the defenses of their opponents, as individual dartships lacked the power to punch through a starship's shields.
