Liberation Lake
this was one of the many open bodies of water that were found on the planet Coruscant, in the wake of the Yuuzhan Vong invasion of the galaxy. Liberation Lake was one of many locations on the planet that were renamed in honor of the new order in the galaxy, as the Yuuzhan Vong and the Galactic Alliance struggled to co-exist in peace. The lake was named for the retaking of Coruscant from Supreme Overlord Shimrra, and the Galactic Alliance's ultimate victory over the alien invaders.
