Tractor Cuffs
this was the name used to describe a specialized form of binders, which contained a miniature tractor beam generator in the locking mechanism. This allowed a policebeing or other law officer to not only bind the hands of a criminal, but to anchor them to a specific location with the tractor beam. This ensured that the captured individual did not try to escape.
