this was the northernmost district of the city of Efavan, located on the planet Vorzyd 5. High Town served as the governmental center of the city, and contained many of the embassies of other planets in the Commonality. It also was the site of many non-gambling entertainment facilities, includnig the Lost Coaster Amusement Park.
