this near-human Prince was native to the planet Bursoll II. He was courted by officials from the SoroSuub Corporation during the early years of the New Order, when SoroSuub wanted to obtain the rights to mine the radioactive minerals found on his homeworld. However, upon seeing the various gardens in SoroSuub Central and not seeing any plants from Bursoll II, Prince Arrulis began to withdraw from the negotiations. SoroSuub officials chose to import several rurylis plants, unaware that the pollen of the planet' flower caused hallucinations when inhaled by certain species.
