Ivis Bibrull
this Sullustan worked as a mid-level negotiator for the SoroSuub Corporation during the last decades of the Old Republic. A shady character, Bibrull was often known to hire third-party laborers whom he personally considered to be substandard to make deliveries and other small jobs. Then, when the job was performed in a substandard way, Bibrull would refuse to pay the laborers, claiming that their work was substandard. If they protested, Bibrull would invite them to participate in "interpseronal arbitration," in which he hired thugs to force the laborers to relent.
