this Twi'lek male served as a high-ranking official at the Kala'uun Spaceport's customs facility during the early years of the New Order. Despite his position, Hooth was also a noted bookie who used his connections to the government to improve his chances of winning. He regularly maintained an office pool to "hide in plain sight," betting with his co-workers on the ships and crews that passed through the spaceport.
