Sartinaynian
this planet was founded by a group of human colonists during the golden age of the Old Republic. The colonists fled the Republic for the Outer Rim, believing that the Core Worlds had been degraded by "hateful alien influences." Much of the funding secured by the colonists came from what was then a little-known world called Muunilinst. When the Yuuzhan Vong invaded the galaxy, they destroyed much of Sartinaynian's surface before devastating Muunilinst.
