this was a term used by the Mon Calamari to describe the brief civil war that erupted between their race and the Quarren on their homeworld of Calamari, some twenty years before the Clone Wars. The war was ultimately won by the Mon Calamari, although it did little to change the political stance of the population. Ultimately, the two races remained separated by many different ideals.
