Saberjowl
this immense, oceanic predator was native to the seas of Kamino, although it was created from the genetic material of Naboo's colo claw fish. Measuring almost 100 meters in length, individual saberjowls had huge mouths that could consume a starfighter in a single bite. A pair of small claws - which many believed to be vestigial fangs - helped the saberjowl manipulate prey into its mouth. Documents maintained by the Kaminoan cloners revealed that the saberjowl was never supposed to have been released into the wild, and later attempts to breed them led to specific limiting of their reproductive capabilities. A saberjowl's scales were generally green in color, allowing it to blend into the dark waters of Kamino. A row of short fins along its dorsal ridge provided stability while swimming.
