Tadrin, Luthus
a native of the planet Garqi, Luthus Tadrin spent his youth on Minashee, where he was known as a playboy. Upon returning to Garqi during the early years of the New Order, Luthus was refused roles and responsibilities within his family, after it was learned that he had become an Imperial supporter. Instead, he took on roles working for the Imperial officers in the Cassandran Worlds, and was eventually named Governor of the Tadrin Sector of the galaxy just before the Battle of Endor. His decision to join the Empire made him an outcast from his own family, although he maintained access to the family's fortunes. After the Emperor's death at Endor, Luthus became reclusive, preferring to remain at luxurious resorts on Spira and Shulxi.
