this Esselian man was the head of a privately-owned conglomerate that owned some twenty-four agricultural worlds in the Core Worlds, a century before the Clone Wars. He grew bored with the trappings of life in the Core, and invested a great deal of credits to purchase a swarm of survey droids. These droids were sent into the Outer Rim to look for a suitable world for him to relocate on. The world, which became known as Cassander, proved attractive to many of Tadrin's employees. So, he sold his shares in the conglomerate and arranged for thousands of his loyal employees and their families to settle Cassander.
