this area of the galaxy, located in the Outer Rim Territories, was once part of the empire controlled by Xim the Despot. As such, it formed the rimward boundary of the Tion Cluster, and was briefly considered part of the Tion Hegemony. After the establishment of the Empire, the Keldrath Alignment was separated from the Tion Hegemony and reclassified as the Keldrath Sector.
