Order 37
this order was issued by Inquisitor Malorum to the Imperial forces that controlled the city of Ussa, on the planet Bellassa, about a year after the end of the Clone Wars. Under Order 37, hundreds of Ussan citizens were to be arrested and held for assassination, unless Ferus Olin turned himself into the authorities. Among those citizens targetted by Order 37 were journalists, writers, artists, weapons experts, and former soldiers and military officers. The plans for Order 37 went so far as to outline the ways in which the hundreds of bodies of those beings who were assassinated could be disposed of in secret, so as not to cause public outrage at the deaths. Obi-Wan Kenobi managed to uncover the plans for Order 37, and worked with Ferus to thwart the plans of Inquisitor Malorum.
