this matriarchal order of religious fanatics inhabited the Heart of Dathomir nebula during the height of the New Order. They regularly ambushed starships moving through the nebula to acquire sacrificial victims. These victims were sacrificed to assuage the powerful rage - known as Dathomir's Vitality - that they believed was present in the depths of the Heart of Dathomir.
