this was the caiptal city of the planet Cirrus. In order to minimize vehicle traffic, the original designers of Ciran added wondrous thoroughfares and awning-covered walkways to encourage people to move about on foot. The city itself was laid out in the shape of a five-pointed star, with each district having a unique number between 1 and 5.
